You can use the Snipping Tool or the PRINT SCREEN key. Use the Snipping Tool. The Windows Snipping Tool captures all or part of your PC screen. After you capture a snip, it's automatically copied to the Snipping Tool window. From there you can edit, save, or share the snip. Set up your screen so you can clearly see what you want to capture.

Use your mouse or finger to select the area of the screen you want to capture. After you make your selection, it will appear as an image in your notes. It will also be copied to the Windows Clipboard so you can paste (Ctrl+V) the screen clipping on another page in your notebook or into another app.
